Initial feasibility study of existing systems & processes

• Conduct study of existing systems & processes at different levels for each of the system/sub-systems
• Understand user expectations from proposed software
• Collect data & volumes on documents, forms & transactions
• Confirm accuracy of study conducted by way of getting an approval from the client.

Prepare Functional Specifications

A detailed document is submitted and discussed with the concerned personnel. This document is treated as base document for further activities and hence approval for this document in terms of accuracy and scope is absolutely necessary before proceeding with next steps. The document is user oriented and does not contain any technical jargon.
Firm quotation for the scope is submitted only once the Client approves the functional specifications.

Design & Development

Once the client approves the functional specifications and quotation, detail technical design and development activity starts. The software development sequence and implementation is mutually discussed and agreed upon.
