The Fixed Assets Register Maintenance System
VFarms is a software to maintain the fixed assets register as required by the Companies Act, 1956. V Farms also helps to maintain records for preparing Fixed Assets Schedule as per the Income Tax Act. This software has been developed in consultation with Chartered Accountants and other experts in this field.
The INPUTS in the software are as follows :
- Purchases of assets with facility to group them under four levels.
- Subsequent additions to the existing Assets.
- Sale/ Disposal of Assets, if any
- Depreciation rates for each group. Rates can be changed when needed.
- Depreciation entries as per Companies Act and Income Tax Act (Manual/Auto calculation ).
The OUTPUTS will be :
- n Fixed Assets Register as per Companies Act as on a particular date
- Automatic calculation of depreciation as per rates specified for Companies Act and Income Tax Act.
- List of Assets (Number wise and Date wise)
- List of Assets location wise (Single location as well as Multi locations) as on a particular date for Physical
Verification
- Fixed Assets Schedule (According to the depreciation period specified by the user)
- Group wise Summary of Assets with depreciation (According to the depreciation period specified by
the user)
- Missing Information Report (For Bill No. or Supplier Name)
The housekeeping facility allows taking of backups, restoring backups, printer settings and maintaining the Company profile.
V Farms is extremely user friendly and can be operated even by persons having limited knowledge of computers & the company Law.
ADD ON SERVICE
Vsoft also provides consultancy and does a survey of the fixed assets at your premises and gives a report of the same. This process involves physical verification of assets, labeling of assets and giving a missing report (if any). We have a strong team of Chartered Accountatnts, Engineers and assistants to conduct these assignments. Vsoft has already rendered this servive to several large Limited/Listed Companies.
